These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lynkily (the "Service"), operated by lynkily ("lynkily", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using lynkily you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, shorten, host, or distribute links, QR codes, or content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes others' rights;
• contains malware, phishing, spam, or leads to such material;
• promotes violence, harassment, hate, or illegal goods/services;
• distributes sexually explicit material involving minors or non-consensual content;
• disguises the destination to mislead users or evade detection;
• attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

We may disable any link or account and remove content at our discretion, without notice, to enforce these Terms or comply with the law.

4. Your Content & Links

You retain ownership of the destination URLs, page content, and media you submit. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service (for example, redirecting your short links and rendering your link-in-bio pages).

5. Plans, Billing & No Refunds

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future. If you purchase a paid plan:

• fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle and are non-refundable;
• all sales are final — we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, downgrades, or cancellations;
• you may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
• we may change pricing with reasonable prior notice, effective on your next renewal.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by lynkily and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lynkily and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $0 if you use the free plan).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold lynkily harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your links, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
